It's been two years now since the people of Hann M\u00fcnden had the chance to really celebrate - for charity, of course.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to Corona, the festival in the 3 Rivers City \"Beats for Hospice\" had to be cancelled in 2020 - but this year<\/strong> the green island of \"Doktorwerder\" is once again living up to its name. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beats for Hospice - as the name suggests - supports the hospice of the city of Hann.M\u00fcnden with its entrance fees. The health and nursing care insurance funds cover 95% of the costs incurred for a hospice stay. Each hospice is legally obliged to raise the difference of 5% for the daily rate of need of each hospice guest from its own funds. We are talking about an annual sum of 100,000\u20ac - a demanding task.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jutta Nickel is responsible for soliciting donations and public relations. For example, donations amounting to \u20ac18,000 were collected at the \"Beats for Hospice 2019\" - thanks to the donors from M\u00fcnden - in order to install air-conditioning systems in the hospice rooms.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our association \"Dentists and Patients Help Children in Need\" was keen to support the hospice. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Association member Thomas \"Stolle\" Stolkmann and his band were able to make a significant contribution to this. The musicians waived their fee for the benefit of the hospice in 2019.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n
